What this pre-launch site collects

For a pre-registration request, we collect your email address, role, company or homepage, offer description, optional prospecting problem, source/content attribution, and consent record. We use these details only to confirm your request and contact you about Preview access. We also retain a normalized copy of your email in a separate anti-abuse ledger for up to two hours to enforce submission limits; that short-lived ledger may remain briefly after you delete the request.

Retention and deletion

Unverified requests are scheduled for removal after 7 days. Verified requests remain until you delete them or until the Preview invitation follow-up ends; they are scheduled for removal after 12 months. You can delete a request from its email link or by writing to contact@nextgoodlead.com.

Legal basis and your choices

Pre-registration and Preview invitation contact are based on your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by deleting your request or contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. Email, role, company or homepage, offer, and consent are required to submit the form. The prospecting problem is optional. Without the required details, we cannot process your request. The short-lived submission-limit ledger is used for our legitimate interest in protecting the service against abuse.

Service providers

The pre-launch service uses Vercel for the website, Cloudflare for the Worker and database, and Resend for confirmation email delivery.

Analytics and rights

The site uses cookieless Vercel Web Analytics; no page-view stream or advertising profile is maintained by this application. For access, correction, objection, or deletion requests, contact contact@nextgoodlead.com.

You may also request restriction of processing and, where applicable, a portable copy of the data you provided. You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
