What this pre-launch site collects

For a pre-registration request, we collect your email address, source/content attribution, and consent record. Registration does not require email confirmation. We send a welcome email and a notice when the Preview opens. The welcome email asks optional questions about your role, company or homepage, offer, and prospecting difficulty. If you reply, we use that context to understand your needs and prepare Preview access. We also retain a normalized copy of your email in a separate anti-abuse ledger for up to two hours to enforce submission limits; that short-lived ledger may remain briefly after you delete the request.

Retention and deletion

Registrations remain until you delete them or the Preview invitation follow-up ends, with removal scheduled no later than 12 months after registration. Optional email replies are kept no longer than the registration retention limit. The deletion link removes your registration; to remove support correspondence as well, contact us using the address below. Requests made through the earlier confirmation flow retain their original limits: 7 days if unconfirmed and 12 months after confirmation otherwise. You can delete a request from its email link or by writing to contact@nextgoodlead.com.

Legal basis and your choices

Pre-registration and Preview invitation contact are based on your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by deleting your request or contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. Only your email is required. Clicking the signup button gives consent to the welcome email and launch notice, as stated beside the button. Answering the welcome email’s questions is optional. The short-lived submission-limit ledger is used for our legitimate interest in protecting the service against abuse.

Service providers

The pre-launch service uses Vercel for the website, Cloudflare for the Worker and database, and Resend for welcome email delivery, and Google Workspace for replies and support correspondence.

Optional analytics

Optional usage analytics starts on when you first visit. Google Analytics measures visits to public pages, signup-link clicks, registration starts, successful signup responses, and whether a visitor scrolls through most of a page. It uses a cookie identifier and receives technical information such as browser and device details and approximate location derived from your network connection. Our analytics events exclude your email, form contents, email-link tokens, query strings, and URL fragments. We do not use advertising personalization or session replay.

You can turn analytics off without affecting your registration using the Cookies button or Cookie settings in the footer. The settings panel opens only when requested. We remember your saved choice in this browser for 180 days; after it expires, analytics remains off until you enable it again. Turning analytics off stops future collection and clears the Google Analytics cookies set by this site. It does not automatically erase data already received by providers.

Google Analytics user and event data are retained for 14 months, without resetting user retention on new activity. Google’s standard aggregate reports have separate retention rules. Analytics cookies expire after at most 395 days without renewal by our configuration. Search Console provides aggregate search and indexing reports without adding a browser tracker.

Google may process analytics outside the European Economic Area under its applicable data-protection terms and transfer safeguards. Read Google’s privacy policy for its processing details.

You may also request restriction of processing and, where applicable, a portable copy of the data you provided. You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
